- Has been a Junior Exhibitor in the Morgan County Fair
- Resident of Morgan County the year exhibited
- Will be a Freshman, Sophomore, Junior or Senior in college in the fall
- Have not previously won
Scholarship:
Two scholarship winners will be awarded $1000 each paid to an institute of higher education indicated by the applicants. Selection will be based upon review of all submissions. Winners will be chosen by July 1st and will be announced at the 2022 Morgan County Fair.
